Vocal - Joy DavisJoy Davis

B.Mus. (WSU) and M.Mus. in Vocal Performance (Univ. of Akron). Her specialties include song writing and popular and classical singing styles. She has performed with the Opera Funatics, the Columbus Light Opera, the Dayton Opera, the Dayton Playhouse and clubs and churches nationwide. Joy has released 3 CDs of original songs which are available at McCutcheon Music.

 

 

 

 


Brett Greenwood

Brett is from Kettering, where he attended Kettering Fairmont High school. He studied voice at both Ohio University in Athens and Wright State for 4 years collectively. He was a professional singer/actor for 12 years and has directed/music directed/conducted shows throughout the area. Brett has maintained a private studio in the Centerville area since 2003.

 

 

 

 


Dr. Nanyi Qiang

Dr. Nanyi Qiang holds two degrees in Piano Performance: a Bachelor of Music degree from Sichuan Conservatory of Music in China, and a Master of Music degree from the University of Washington. He completed his D.M.A. in Collaborative Piano and Coaching from the University of Minnesota.  In June 2017 Dr. Qiang was a Collaborative Piano Intern at the prestigious National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) in Toronto, Canada.  Able to draw from a wide range of experiences, Dr. Qiang tailors his approach to teaching based on each student’s goals and learning style. Currently Dr. Qiang is an Assistant Professor of Music at Central State University, OH, where he coaches singers, instrumentalists, and teaches music literature classes.
